Passenger
The term " Passenger" needs to be defined in order that we can clearly state the rules that govern under what conditions it is allowable to have a passenger in a car, that is involved in an Audi Club event.
A Passenger is defined as any person that not driving the car, but is sitting in, or being transported in a car involved in an Audi Club event. For insurance reasons, we must restrict when passengers are allowed, and not allowed in a car, during an Audi event. Below, you will see several examples of common types of club events, and for each type of event, when a passenger is or is not allowed to be in the car.
- Instructors are allowed to carry a passenger in the passenger side of a car that is properly enrolled in the DE.
- The Passenger must be a ACNA member in good standing
- The Passenger must have completed all necessary medical paperwork required for this type of event
A Student is never allowed to have a passenger ride in their car under any circumstances.
A "Get-Together" is a less formal club event, but it is still governed by the rules of the club as follows.
